My unique journey spans across continents, cultures, and philosophies. I was born in Japan, grew up in New England, and now split my time between California, the East Coast and Europe. With decades of experience, I integrate my M.A. in Leadership Studies and professional coaching certification with advanced spiritual healing practices—including Spirit-guided visualizations, sound healing, gong therapy, and the deeply restorative energy work of Reiki. As both a Reiki Master and Karuna Reiki Master, I offer a deeper level of energetic healing to support meaningful change.
