Reiki, other gentle energetic practices, and intuitive insights are all foundational to my work, supporting reconnecting to self, inner awareness, emotional release, and overall well-being.
Coaching encompasses addressing a range of shifts you may be seeking in your life. With bi-weekly sessions in combination with ongoing support in between, we will reach the aspects of your life that matter to you most.
Sessions may take place via video, in person, or by phone depending on logistics.

sound healing
This is your Zen time.
As a certified sound healer and gong master, I work with crystal alchemy bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes to support deep relaxation and restoration. Sound healing sessions are typically 60–75 minutes and are offered privately, for couples, or for small groups in my studio in Del Mar, California.
Reiki & Energy Healing
I am a Reiki Master, Karuna Reiki® Master, and Animal Reiki Master certified through the International Center for Reiki Training. Through Reiki, gentle guidance, and presence, I facilitate a space for reconnection during times of transition, stress, physical discomfort or emotional strain.
My work is calm, grounded, and experiential. Sessions create space for the nervous system to settle and for what is ready to unfold naturally.
Reiki is also available for animals, as well as for humans and animals transitioning from this life.
